We currently have 70 children registered and regularly have 20+ young people attending every week.

Each week the young people spend 45 minutes taking part in a structured learning activity, the remaining 45 minutes is left for the young people to socialise.
Some of the activities that have been delivered are:-
• Drumming workshops
• iPAds – Digital Games design
• Drama
• iPAds – 2D Animation
• Street Dance
• Art – Designing Superhero’s
• Ukulele workshop
• Art and Craft – jewellery and key ring design
• Photography
• Origami
• Sport – Rounder’s, cricket and football rounder’s
• Cookery – Cheesy bites, pizza and biscuits
• Poster design – Community fun day
• Martial Arts

The young people have also taken part in a:-
• Song writing workshop funded by Musinc during the school holidays. The young people wrote and produced a unique song based on their community.
• Drumming workshop funded by Stockton Council and performed in Stockton International Riverside Festival.
• Community Fun Day – consultation was carried out with the young people to find out what they thought should be provided at the Fun Day.

They also decided what activities would be free and what we would charge for.  They decided the ice creams, face painting, bouncy castle, mini zoo, activity tent and children’s ride would be free of charge and we would charge for hot dogs and tombola.  The young people promoted the event by handing out flyers and volunteered their time on the day to help set up.
